Our expertise and knowledge provides a solid foundation to focus on the advancement of valuation services, property data management systems and workflow in the government and private sectors.
With offices in Australia including Sydney, Darwin, Adelaide and Newcastle and globally in Birmingham, Hong Kong and Shanghai, we are well positioned to provide services to the Australian and Global markets. We are very well networked and have formed strategic alliances to ensure optimal service delivery to these markets.
Global Property Analytics comprises three service divisions, an administrative office, and a core strategic function.
Meet Our Team
Andrew Noseda
Andrew Noseda is the Managing Director and is involved in virtually all aspects of the Global Property Group with particular requirements and focus on client relationships and the development of the Company.
As a service provider to the property industry, Andrew highly values his long held reputation for continued process improvement, risk management and an ability to mutually provide solutions for clients.
Andrea Daglas
Andrea Daglas has over 25 years of proven administration experience in which time Andrea has demonstrated proficiency in all core office administration functions, including a combination of team leadership, strategic and operational planning, training and continuous improvement, process and system improvement, change management and management of budgets and financial performance.
Michael McDermott
Mike first qualified as a valuer over 40 years ago and has worked as an international valuer and land related policy facilitator for over 20 years. Mike’s Masters and his PhD studies qualify him to apply the insights of complexity sciences to his practice.
Locally, Mike specializes in commercial and industrial valuations.
Janine Rose
Janine Rose has worked in the information technology industry for over 20 years. During this time Janine has filled roles including Project Manager, Business Analyst, Consultant, Developer, Document writer and Systems Trainer.
Janine specializes in business analysis, data integration, project management and technical training.
John Rossell
John Rossell has worked in the information technology industry for over 15 years. During this time John has filled roles including CTO, Manager, Team Lead, Consultant, Architect, Developer, Database Admin, and Systems Engineer.
John specializes in the delivery of Microsoft multi-tiered architectures, web site design / development and ecommerce systems. John has extensive experience architecting and building systems using Microsoft technologies.
Belinda Tennant

Belinda has worked in the property industry for over 15 years in both Australia and the United Kingdom. During this time Belinda has filled roles including Director, Business Manager, Property Valuer and Property Manager.
Within the property valuation industry, Belinda has had extensive experience in the valuation of residential and commercial properties for the finance (banking) industry sector and private clients.
